Why did you choose the name "The Moms Co."?

 

When trying to think of a name for our company, we wanted a name which reflects our core values and our mission. A mission to help moms make safe, natural, toxin-free product choices for themselves and their family. The Moms Co. became an obvious choice because we wanted you as a mom to be at the heart and soul of everything we do and every decision we make here. We aim to be the benchmark for:

 

1. Honesty. We offer what we promise. No hiding in the fine print. We accept no leeways of any kind when it comes to you and your babies.

 

2. Keep It Simple. It’s quite tempting to talk in non-human scientific jargons and cheesy brandlines. Yet we refrain. You deserve full transparency so you can make the best decision for yourself and your baby.

 

3. Experts Advice. We unwaveringly work with only the best in class doctors, researchers and experts in their respective field. No compromises.

 

4. Safety Comes First. We referenced the highest global safety standards as our starting point. Are your products safe for breastfeeding?

Yes, all our products are safe for breastfeeding moms. However, we suggest you avoid the nipple area where the baby feeds.

Do you use parabens, sulphates, mineral oil, SLS/SLES, PEGs or any other harmful chemicals or toxins?

No. All our products are made to the highest global safety standards and we test each ingredient against the leading toxic-free databases globally to ensure that our products are free from all potentially harmful chemicals. We check each ingredient against:

  1. Environmental Working Group (EWG) Skin Deep

  2. Whole Foods Premium Skincare database

  3. Paula’s Choice Ingredient Directory

What is the shelf life of your products?

All products go through vigorous testing under varying weather conditions, from 0 degrees to 60 degrees. This ensures that our products can be safely used for upto 2 years from their manufacturing date. They are best when consumed within 6 months of opening.

Are your products really safe and effective? How are your products different?

Yes. We are stubborn about using only the best natural ingredients. We have spent countless hours with experts looking into every ingredient for its effectiveness and safety. Even if there was an iota of doubt or possible side-effect studied about any ingredient  across the world, we made sure we do not use it. We are setting a new bar in the industry because of our attention to even the minutest of details.

That being said, we are constantly trying to outdo our products and processes. If you have any feedback on our product, we want to hear from you.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, and they never will be. However our products have been tested at the top research labs for optimal safety.

What is pH and what are they for The Moms Co. products?

Skin pH is the natural level of acidity or alkalinity of your skin. For best results, The Moms Co. products are pH balanced and created to leave your skin feeling soft, supply and moisturized.

What brands do you carry?

The Moms Co. exclusively designs and distributes all our own products – maintaining intense focus on quality, product innovations, health & safety, and affordability.

Are these products exclusive to The Moms Co.?

Yes, the products have been created exclusively by experts for The Moms Co.

Do I really need the Trial Kit?

The Trial Kit is an easy way for you to experience our products.

Are you using any synthetic fragrances in your products?

No. We use essential oils as fragrances for our products. Compared to other regular products out there, this means that over time, our product fragrances might smell a bit different. This is fine (and a sign of purity too).

Could any of your products trigger allergies?

All our products are dermatologically tested for safety and irritation. However, not everyone has similar skin. We recommend you do a patch test on your arm to see if the product causes any irritation before use.

What is My Account?

After you become a member of The Moms Co. family, we create your very own, personalized Account page. Your account lets you access and update your user information, connect your social media channels as well as track your order and past purchases.

How do I sign up with Facebook?

Click Sign Up on the top of the page and when prompted choose Sign up via Facebook. Authorize The Moms Co to allow access to your basic profile and email. The Moms Co. will never post on your behalf without your permission. Once you confirm your information, your account will be created.

Why am I asked to confirm my name and email after I login to Facebook?

If you are new to The Moms Co, we want to ensure that we have your preferred email on our database to send you all the communication including emails related to your purchases, newsletters, new offers and discounts. You can update your email preferences at anytime in your My Account settings.

If you have an existing account at The Moms Co., please sign in with your account email address and password and we will connect your accounts. If you connect your accounts, you will be able to login either via Facebook or email going forward.

What do I do if I log in/sign up from Facebook and can’t access my past purchases?

If you do not see your past purchases please contact our customer care at +91-124-33138120, Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM (IST) and our team would be happy to sort it for you. We do not ask for your password over the phone.

How do I update my shipping address and preferences?

After you join, we will create a personalized Account page which you can access by logging into your account at The Moms Co. Here, you will be able to update all the personal information saved at our end. You can also call our Customer Care  and our executives would be able to do it for you.

How do I unsubscribe from The Moms & Co marketing newsletters?

We always want to be connected with you and make sure you are the first one to hear about our promotions or discounts whatsoever. However we can understand that it becomes too much to catch up on your end sometimes thus you can anytime go into your account preferences and unsubscribe or you could also press unsubscribe on a newsletter of ours which would immediately redirect you to your newsletter settings.

 

 

SHIPPING

How do orders ship?

We currently work with Delhivery and FedEx as our shipping carriers.

How much does it cost to ship the Trial Kit?

All purchases under Rs. 499 have a shipping charge of Rs. 99 (including the Trial Kit)

If your shipping address is within India:

  • Shipping & handling is Rs. 99

  • Shipping is FREE for orders over Rs. 499 in India.

  • Shipping & handling is rates vary by country. Please enter your address details while placing an order to see the final shipping costs.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We are constantly increasing the base of countries we send our products to. To check if we ship to you, please add a product to cart and enter your address details.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. Once your order is confirmed you can easily track its status in your Account page. You can also do this by clicking on Order History in the dropdown and selecting the order you wish to track. After your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order time. Our standard delivery time is 4-5 days within metros in India, and 7-8 days outside metros in India.

    I have not received my product yet?

    We are working endlessly with our delivery partners to make sure that your products reach you at the earliest. However sometimes we fail to make it before the deadline. And it feels terrible. We expect your understanding if your order is late. That being said, do make sure to call us at Support so that we can try expedite your order on a priority basis.

     

    PAYMENT

    What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, netbanking (within India) and wallets.

     

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    How do returns and exchanges work?

    We always pack our products with love and take extreme care to ensure that products that reach you are fully safe and have not been used before, thus we do not allow any returns or exchanges.

    Can I cancel my order?

    If the product has not been shipped yet then you can call us at +91-11-3313-8120 and cancel your order anytime.

    Can I choose what kind of emails I want to receive?

    Of course. We know that sometimes you want it all, and sometimes less is more. To manage your email preferences, simply sign in, choose My Account, and select the Email Preferences link. Uncheck any boxes next to types of emails you wish to stop receiving from us. Alternatively, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions included in all emails sent from The Moms & Co.

    Do you have a friend referral program?

    Yes! You can earn upto 100 mommy points (worth Rs. 100) for each new friend that makes a qualified first purchase. Your friend must be new to The Moms Co.Do visit our Referral and Mommy Points pages to get started! We are sincerely thankful for your efforts to share The Moms Co. experience with your friends and family, it helps us grow and create more amazing products for the entire community.

    How do I use my Mommy Points?

    You can use your Mommy Points on all purchases at The Moms Co. Just add a product to cart, and at the payment screen, select the option to use your Mommy Points for the purchase. You can pay for the remaining amount using our standard payment options.

    Can I buy your items and re-sell them in my store?

    No, at the moment we do not have independent apps on the Google Playstore or iOS App Store. However our website is mobile optimized providing you a rich experience on your smartphone as well.
